Affiliate Member
Affiliate membership is granted to individuals or firms who, while not engaged in the real estate profession have interests requiring information concerning real estate and are in sympathy with the objects of the Association. Real estate owners and individuals licensed or certified and engaged exclusively in a specialty of the real estate business other than brokerage of real property are eligible to hold Affiliate membership.
Affiliate Employee Member
Affiliate Employee membership is granted to individuals who are interested in the real estate profession as employees of an Affiliate Member and do not engage in the brokerage of real property.
Service Provider
The Service Provider has an affiliation with GAR but is not considered a member. They receive GAR communications, sponsor GAR activities and participate in the GAR Affiliate Showcase.
